Slow Burn Yoga Flow
At Yen Yoga & Fitness
Thursdays from 10:00am-11:00amLocated in our BRAND NEW studio inside the Delamar Traverse City- 615 East Front Street.
Slow Burn is a slower-paced flow practice that helps build strength, stamina and flexibility by holding standing and core postures. and Improving body awareness.
Classes will begin with breath work as well as slow warming and deep core activation exercises to fully prepare you for your practice and a relaxing cool down will leave you feeling your very best after each class.
This yoga class is open to any and all levels with many modifications and variations provided along the way to ensure a safe, enjoyable and effective class experience.
Be sure to bring a water bottle, sweat towel & your mat.

TRX Class
At Elev8 Climbing Gym
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12pm-12:45pmTRX is an effective & efficient, full body workout with TRX as the main training tool. Other equipment such, free weights, resistance bands, mini bands, and medicine balls may be incorporated depending on the program for the day.
Small group (Max 11 Participants) allows for personal attention and guidance within a group class setting.
Designed to be accessible to ALL levels this class is a great way to start or add to your fitness routine.
